  Wine Cocktails

SERVES 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 750ml La Bohème Dry Rosé
  • 250ml Elderflower Liqueur 
  • Soda water 
  • Strawberry slice for garnish 
  • Lemon wheel and mint leaves for garnish 
  • Ice 

Method: 

  1. Combine a bottle of La Boheme Dry Rose and Elderflower liqueur in a jug. 
  2. Add ice and gently stir. 
  3. Top with soda water. 
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel, mint leaves & strawberry slices.
