SERVES 1
Ingredients:
- 40ml Muscat Aperitif Rutherglen
- 10ml Punt e Mes
- 30ml Peach infused verjuice
- 10ml Orgeat syrup
- 10ml Lemon juice
- 3 dash Burlesque bitters (or Angostura bitters)
- 3 drops of Wonderfoam
- Fresh blackberries and black pepper for garnish
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for about 10-15 seconds.
- Add ice to shaker and shake again until well chilled.
- Double strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with fresh blackberries on a skewer and a crack of black pepper.
To make peach infused verjuice:
Ingredients:
- 300ml verjuice
- 10g T2 “Packs a Peach” tea
Method:
Add all ingredients to an airtight container and stir to combine. Allow to infuse at room temperature for 20 hours. Fine strain off tea. Store in sterile bottle in refrigerator.
