Ingredients
- 60ml Fizzero Sparkling White
- 60ml grapefruit juice
- 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- Salt + sugar for the rim
- Grapefruit slice
- Lime slice
- Crushed iced
- Rosemary sprigs
Method
- Mix a bit of salt and sugar on a plate. Rim your glass with a lime wedge and dip it in the salt and sugar mixture.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Add 60ml grapefruit juice and 15ml lime juice, then stir.
- Top it with Fizzero Sparkling White.
- Garnish with grapefruit slices, lime, and/or rosemary sprigs, if desired.
