The De Bortoli Sparkling Pinot Noir with its very pale blush colour and super fine bead, is crafted from fruits selected from low-yielding mature vines and fermented separately across 5 months on fine lees before undergoing secondary fermentation. The blend is then assembled using a mix of vintages that embody the essence of Yarra Valley's vibrancy and freshness.
