Chill No Chill: Your Wine, Your Rules, You Choose!

Media Release, November 2023

Imagine unwinding after a long, arduous day and anticipating that well-deserved glass of your beloved red. You’re torn between the comforting embrace of your go-to red or the temptation of a chilled delight. With countless options available, selecting the right bottle can be a challenge. But don't fret, because now you don't have to choose.

Say hello to De Bortoli Wines’ Chill No Chill!

Offering you the best of both worlds all year round, Chill No Chill is all about your personal vibe. While tradition once dictated that red wines should be savoured at room temperature, the wine’s temperature now ultimately comes down to personal preference. With Chill No Chill, the ways to enjoy it are endless. Whether you’re into ice-cold vibes or room temperature goodness, the choice is yours.

Crafted from a distinct blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah, Chill No Chill bursts with vibrant flavours of spice and violets. With soft tannins and perfumed red fruit notes, it is easy on the palate no matter your mood. When ‘chilled’  ~10 - 14°C, your palate will dance with a red wine that's both supple and invigorating. The fruit notes pop producing a refreshingly crisp sip. ‘Unchilled’ at room temperature ~18 - 20°C, the same wine blossoms with violets and red fruits, a symphony of expressiveness and depth that is exquisitely balanced.

Our bottle design will be your personal wine guide. One side is dedicated to the art of "Chilled" enjoyment, while the other side delves into the "Non-Chilled" experience. 'Chill No Chill,' offers wine enthusiasts the flexibility to savour their favourite red wine on their own terms.

May it be winter, spring, summer, autumn – this wine defies seasonal rules. It doesn't play favourites; picture yourself cozied up by the fireplace in July or sipping it poolside in December – it’s your choice!
