UNDER THE ROSE

  Wine Cocktails

SERVES 1

Ingredients:

  • 60mL De Bortoli Rosé Rosé 
  • 20mL Passionfruit, White Pepper & De Bortoli Prosecco Syrup
  • 10mL Lemon Juice
  • 45mL Soda
  • Garnish: Fresh Lemon Wheel & Basil Sprig 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a wine glass style glass except soda water. 
  2. Add cubed ice and stir to combine. 
  3. Next, add soda water and give another stir - add extra ice cubes if necessary. 
  4. Garnish with fresh lemon wheel and basil sprig. 
  5. Enjoy immediately!

 

To make the Passionfruit, White Pepper & De Bortoli Prosecco Syrup:

  • 100mL De Bortoli Prosecco 
  • 50mL Re’al Passionfruit Syrup 
  • 50g White Sugar 
  • 0.2g White Pepper 
  • 0.5g Salt 

Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer for around 5 minutes until syrup has thickened. Remove from heat and store in the refrigerator for later use.
