Ingredients:
- 45 ml Southern Comfort
- 45 ml Muscat Aperitif Rutherglen
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 Egg White*
- Ice
*Substitute egg white with 2 drops of wonderfoam for a vegan-friendly alternative.
Method:
- Add Southern Comfort, Muscat Aperitif Rutherglen, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or a cherry, if desired.
