SERVES 2 - 4
Ingredients:
- 250ml De Bortoli Sparkling Pinot Noir
- 60ml elderflower liqueur
- 100ml cranberry juice
- 145ml orange bitters
Method:
- Combine orange bitters, elderflower liqueur and cranberry juice in a glass pitcher.
- Top with De Bortoli Sparkling Pinot Noir and stir briefly.
- Pour into flutes and enjoy!
