Ingredients
- 90ml Este Cuvée
- 30g of fresh strawberries puréed
- Fresh strawberries
Method
- Wash, dry and stem the strawberries. Place in food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
- Pour strawberry purée into a chilled champagne glass.
- Top with Este Cuvée.
- Garnish glass with a fresh strawberry.
