Ingredients

  • 90ml Este Cuvée
  • 30g of fresh strawberries puréed
  • Fresh strawberries

Method

  1. Wash, dry and stem the strawberries. Place in food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour strawberry purée into a chilled champagne glass.
  3. Top with Este Cuvée.
  4. Garnish glass with a fresh strawberry.
