SERVES 1
Ingredients:
- 90 ml De Bortoli Prosecco
- 30 ml Gin
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- Lemon twist for garnish
- Ice
Method:
- Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a Champagne flute.
- Top with De Bortoli Prosecco.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
