Ingredients:
- 45 mL Midori
- 45 mL Apple Juice
- Top with De Bortoli Prosecco
- Dash of Soda Water
- Ice
Method:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour Midori over the ice.
- Add Apple Juice.
- Top off with King Valley Prosecco.
- Add a dash of Soda Water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a slice of apple or a melon ball, if desired.
