  Wine Cocktails

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into glass. Garnish with a bouquet-garni of mixed herbs.

*To make herb garden sugar syrup, blanch 1 cup of fresh herbs (basil, mint & thyme works best) in boiling water for 15 seconds. Then plunge herbs into iced water bath for 1 minute. Blend herbs with 300ml of sugar syrup. Strain syrup before use.
