Ingredients:
- 750ml chilled bottle of Este Cuvée
- 560g can lychees in syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Method:
- Divide lychees and mint between 8 champagne glasses.
- Top with Este Cuvée and a tbsp of lychee syrup to each glass. Serve.
