LYCHEE AND MINT SPARKLING

  Wine Cocktails

SERVES 8

Ingredients:

  • 750ml chilled bottle of Este Cuvée
  • 560g can lychees in syrup
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Method:

  1. Divide lychees and mint between 8 champagne glasses.
  2. Top with Este Cuvée and a tbsp of lychee syrup to each glass. Serve.
