SERVES 1

Ingredients:

  • 60ml La Bohème Dry Rosé
  • 30ml Tequila
  • 15ml Lime juice 
  • 10ml agave syrup
  • Salt for rim garnish
  • Lime wheel for garnish
  • Edible rose petals for garnish (optional) 
  • Ice

Method: 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. 
  2. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  3. Strain and serve in a salt-rimmed glass.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel and edible rose petals (optional).
