SERVES 8
Ingredients:
- 750ml of Re-Write the Rules Pinot Noir
- 185ml simple syrup (sweeten to desired taste)
- 2 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 1/2 cups frozen peach slices
- 1 1/2 cup ice
Method:
- Add Re-Write the Rules Pinot Noir and frozen fruits to blender. Seal and blend on high until smooth.
- Then add simple syrup and ice cubes. Blend once more until smooth and combined. Add ice until a slushy frozen texture is achieved.
- Pour into wine glasses and garnish with flowers or fresh fruit.
