SERVES 2
Ingredients:
- 250ml of De Bortoli Prosecco Rosé
- 250ml of Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 cup of ice
- Thyme for garnishing
Method:
- Combine the De Bortoli Prosecco Rosé, grapefruit juice and ice in a large jug and blend until smooth.
- Once combined, pour carefully into your cocktail glass.
- Hint of thyme for garnish. Sit back and enjoy!
