SERVES 1
Ingredients:
- De Bortoli Limoncello Spritz
- 30mL Aperol
- 60mL blood orange juice
- Orange bitters (optional)
- Orange slice for garnish
- Ice
Method:
- Combine Aperol, blood orange juice and a couple drops of orange bitters in a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Top with De Bortoli Limoncello Spritz and garnish with an orange slice.
