CHERRY PROSECCO MIMOSA

  Wine Cocktails

SERVES 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 (750ml) bottle of chilled De Bortoli Prosecco
  • 375ml of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 200g fresh cherries, seeds removed

Method:

  1. Place cherries and 250ml orange juice in a blender and whiz until smooth.
  2. Divide cherry mixture among glasses, then top up with the remaining 125ml orange juice and De Bortoli Prosecco.
