SERVES 6-8
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of 750ml La Bohème Cuvée Blanc
- 375ml pomegranate juice
- 375g sugar
- Rosemary & orange wedge for garnish (optional)
Method:
- Add sugar & pomegranate juice into a small saucepan.
- Bring to boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let the pomegranate syrup cool completely.*
- To assemble drinks: add 30ml of the pomegranate syrup to the glass. Top with La Bohème Cuvée Blanc. Garnish with rosemary & orange wedge (optional).
*The syrup can be made up to 3 days ahead and stored in an airtight glass jar in the fridge.
