Ingredients:
- 30ml De Bortoli Black Noble
- 30ml Bourbon
- 1 sugar cube or 5ml simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel for garnish
- Ice
Method:
- Muddle the sugar cube (or use simple syrup) with bitters in a glass.
- Add ice, De Bortoli Black Noble and bourbon, and stir until well chilled.
- Garnish with an orange peel, expressing the oils over the glass before placing it in the drink.
