AMALFI COAST MOJITO

  Wine Cocktails

SERVES 1

Ingredients:

  • 45mL De Bortoli Limoncello Spritz
  • 30mL White Rum
  • 15mL Tonic Water
  • 5mL Simple Syrup
  • 6-8 Mint Leaves
  • 1/4 Lemon, cut in wedges
  • Ice
  • Garnish (Optional): Mint Leaves & Slices of Lemon

Method:

  1. Add mint leaves, lemon wedges and simple syrup to a glass jug. Muddle until well combined.
  2. Add white rum and De Bortoli Limoncello Spritz and stir to combine with the mint & lemon mixture.
  3. Fill the cocktail glass with ice, and pour in the cocktail mixture.
  4. Top with tonic water, garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint and ENJOY!
