SERVES 1
Ingredients:
- 45mL De Bortoli Limoncello Spritz
- 30mL White Rum
- 15mL Tonic Water
- 5mL Simple Syrup
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
- 1/4 Lemon, cut in wedges
- Ice
- Garnish (Optional): Mint Leaves & Slices of Lemon
Method:
- Add mint leaves, lemon wedges and simple syrup to a glass jug. Muddle until well combined.
- Add white rum and De Bortoli Limoncello Spritz and stir to combine with the mint & lemon mixture.
- Fill the cocktail glass with ice, and pour in the cocktail mixture.
- Top with tonic water, garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint and ENJOY!
