A refreshing wine cocktail is a true testament to celebrating Summer! If you’re picturing lying on the beach or patio, sun on your face and cocktail in hand, then we've got you covered with these four cocktail recipes, why not attain that dream? There are also alternatives for a mocktail so everyone can join in on the deliciousness.

Pink Spritz 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 100ml De Bortoli King Valley Prosecco Rosé

  • 15ml Hibiscus syrup

  • 1 Hibiscus flower

  • 50ml Blood orange soda

  • Grapes for decoration

Method:

  1. Place 1 Hibiscus flower at the bottom of the glass

  2. Add 15ml hibiscus syrup 

  3. Pour 100ml of the King Valley Prosecco Rosé into the glass

  4. Top up with 50ml of Blood Orange Soda 

  5. Add ice and garnish with grapes

Use Soda Water instead of Prosecco Rosé for a mocktail!

This Pink Spritz is vibrant, fun and sparkling - need we say more! The fruit and floral flavours are a match made in cocktail heaven and complement the refreshing De Bortoli King Valley Prosecco Rosé. This drink is not just aesthetically beautiful, but tastes delicious. 

 

Noble Spritz

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 5ml Noble One

  • 15ml Lime Juice

  • 30ml Mt Ossa Sparkling Water

  • Sliced lime

Method:

  1. Add 1-2 slices of lime to the bottom of glass

  2. Pour 30ml of Noble One into a glass

  3. Add 15ml of Lime Juice

  4. Add 30ml Mt Ossa Sparkling Water

  5. Build on top of ice. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Whether it is a celebration or simply a good day at work, Noble One is the perfect drink to celebrate all of life's moments. Noble One can be enjoyed on the rocks, in a cooking recipe or mixed into a delicious cocktail for a refreshing treat. The Noble Spritz is a delightful surprise of flavour.

 

Strawberry-licious Sparkling

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 90ml De Bortoli King Valley Prosecco

  • 30ml puréed strawberries

Method:

  1. Wash, dry, and stem the strawberries. Place in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.

  2. Pour strawberry purée into a chilled champagne glass.

  3. Top with 90ml De Bortoli King Valley Prosecco. 

  4. Garnish glass with a fresh strawberry

The drink is anything but simple. Delight in the sweet flavour of strawberries, whilst sipping on some bubbles! This two ingredient recipe is perfect if you are short on time or want to start your cocktail making on a beginner level - it may become your next go to!

 

Sunshine Martini

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 45ml De Bortoli Rutherglen Estate Classic Muscat

  • 1 tablespoon of your favourite Apricot Jam

  • 15ml Lemon Juice

  • 30ml Orange Juice

  • 1 Egg White

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

  3. Garnish with orange rind.

If martinis are your thing (we know we love them), then a Ray of Sunshine provides a flavourful take on a martini with the De Bortoli Rutherglen Estate Classic Muscat. Not to mention that this cocktail looks like it has been made straight from a professional bartender. Don’t be alarmed by the added egg white, this is what adds the foam on top.
