Ingredients:
100ml De Bortoli King Valley Prosecco Rosé
15ml Hibiscus syrup
1 Hibiscus flower
50ml Blood orange soda
Grapes for decoration
Method:
Place 1 Hibiscus flower at the bottom of the glass
Add 15ml hibiscus syrup
Pour 100ml of the King Valley Prosecco Rosé into the glass
Top up with 50ml of Blood Orange Soda
Add ice and garnish with grapes
Use Soda Water instead of Prosecco Rosé for a mocktail!

5ml Noble One
15ml Lime Juice
30ml Mt Ossa Sparkling Water
Sliced lime
Method:
Add 1-2 slices of lime to the bottom of glass
Pour 30ml of Noble One into a glass
Add 15ml of Lime Juice
Add 30ml Mt Ossa Sparkling Water
Build on top of ice. Garnish with a slice of lime.

90ml De Bortoli King Valley Prosecco
30ml puréed strawberries
Method:
Wash, dry, and stem the strawberries. Place in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
Pour strawberry purée into a chilled champagne glass.
Top with 90ml De Bortoli King Valley Prosecco.
Garnish glass with a fresh strawberry

45ml De Bortoli Rutherglen Estate Classic Muscat
1 tablespoon of your favourite Apricot Jam
15ml Lemon Juice
30ml Orange Juice
1 Egg White
Method:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with orange rind.
