SERVES 1
Ingredients:
- 90ml De Bortoli Limoncello Spritz
- 30ml Tequila
- 15ml Lime juice
- 10ml Agave syrup
- 2-3 jalapeno slices (adjust to taste)
- Chilli salt for rim garnish (optional)
- Lime wheel for garnish
- Ice
Method:
- Rim a coupe glass with chilli salt (optional).
- Muddle jalapeno slices and lime juice in the bottom of a shaker.
- Combine tequila and agave syrup in shaker with ice, then shake well.
- Double strain into glass and top with De Bortoli Limoncello Spritz.
- Stir gently and garnish with lime wheel.
