  Wine Cocktails

SERVES 1

Ingredients:

  • 90 ml De Bortoli Prosecco
  • 30 ml Gin
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice 
  • 15 ml Simple syrup 
  • Lemon twist for garnish  
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a Champagne flute.
  3. Top with De Bortoli Prosecco.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
