MUSCAT HIGHBALL

  Wine Cocktails

SERVES 1

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Muscat Aperitif Rutherglen 
  • 15ml Scotch whiskey of choice 
  • 10ml Fresh grapefruit juice 
  • Tonic water 
  • Ice
  • Charred lemon wheel and fresh rosemary sprig for garnish 

Method:

  1. Combine Muscat Aperitif, whiskey and fresh grapefruit juice in a highball glass and give it a gentle stir. 
  2. Add cubed ice.
  3. Top with tonic water. 
  4. Garnish with a charred lemon wheel and fresh rosemary sprig.
