SERVES 1
Ingredients:
- 30ml Muscat Aperitif Rutherglen
- 15ml Scotch whiskey of choice
- 10ml Fresh grapefruit juice
- Tonic water
- Ice
- Charred lemon wheel and fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Method:
- Combine Muscat Aperitif, whiskey and fresh grapefruit juice in a highball glass and give it a gentle stir.
- Add cubed ice.
- Top with tonic water.
- Garnish with a charred lemon wheel and fresh rosemary sprig.
