SERVES 1
Ingredients:
- 45ml Deen Botrytis Semillon
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 30ml Mt Ossa Sparkling Water
- Sliced lime
Method:
- Add 1-2 slices of lime to the bottom of the glass.
- Pour Deen Botrytis Semillon into a glass.
- Add lime juice.
- Add Mt Ossa Sparkling Water.
- Build on top of ice. Garnish with a slice of lime.
