  Wine Cocktails

SERVES 1

Ingredients:

  • 115ml De Bortoli Limoncello Spritz
  • 45ml gin  
  • 30ml elderflower liqueur
  • Lemon slice or peel for garnish
  • Baby’s breath flowers for garnish (optional)
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Combine gin and elderflower liqueur in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with De Bortoli Limoncello Spritz and garnish with a lemon slice and baby’s breath flowers.
