SERVES 1
Ingredients:
- 60mL De Bortoli Rosé Rosé
- 20mL Passionfruit, White Pepper & De Bortoli Prosecco Syrup
- 10mL Lemon Juice
- 45mL Soda
- Garnish: Fresh Lemon Wheel & Basil Sprig
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a wine glass style glass except soda water.
- Add cubed ice and stir to combine.
- Next, add soda water and give another stir - add extra ice cubes if necessary.
- Garnish with fresh lemon wheel and basil sprig.
- Enjoy immediately!
To make the Passionfruit, White Pepper & De Bortoli Prosecco Syrup:
- 100mL De Bortoli Prosecco
- 50mL Re’al Passionfruit Syrup
- 50g White Sugar
- 0.2g White Pepper
- 0.5g Salt
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer for around 5 minutes until syrup has thickened. Remove from heat and store in the refrigerator for later use.
