SERVES 1
Ingredients:
- 60ml De Bortoli 8 Year Old Tawny
- 30ml lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white / wonder foam*
- Lemon twist and a cherry for garnish
- Ice
*Substitute egg white with 2 drops of wonderfoam for a vegan-friendly alternative.
Method:
- Combine De Bortoli 8 Year Old Tawny, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white (if using) in a shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously to froth the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice (or serve in a coupe glass).
- Garnish with a lemon twist and a cherry.
