SERVES 1
Ingredients:
- 45ml De Bortoli Rutherglen Estate Classic Muscat
- 1 tablespoon of your favourite Apricot Jam
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 30ml Orange Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Ice
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with orange rind.
