SOUTHERN MUSCAT SOUR

  Wine Cocktails

SERVES 1

Ingredients:

*Substitute egg white with 2 drops of wonderfoam for a vegan-friendly alternative. 

Method:

  1. Add Southern Comfort, Muscat Aperitif Rutherglen, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
  2. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist or a cherry, if desired.
