Ingredients
- 375ml De Bortoli Prosecco
- 375ml lemon sorbet
- 60ml vodka
- sprig of fresh mint
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a chilled metal bowl. Quickly whisk the ingredients together by hand until a light and frothy mousse forms.
- Spoon the mixture into pre-chilled cocktail glasses or champagne flutes, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve immediately.
