Ingredients

  • 90ml De Bortoli Prosecco
  • 60ml bitter sweet orange aperitif
  • 30ml soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • A slice of orange to garnish

Method:

  1. Start by adding ice into the glass
  2. Combine De Bortoli Prosecco, bitter sweet orange aperitif and a splash of soda water
  3. Top with a slice of orange
