SERVES 1
Ingredients:
- 40ml Noble One
- 12.5ml Joseph Carton Apricot Brandy
- 2.5ml Agave
- 5ml Malic Acid Solution
- 4dsh Peychaud Bitters
- 3dsh 10% Saline Solution
- Garnish: Fresh Black Pepper & Grapefruit Disk
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with cubed ice.
- Stir until well chilled and dilution is achieved.
- Strain into an old fashioned style glass.
- Add a large block of ice and sprinkle a little ground black pepper.
- Lastly, express grapefruit disk over drink and place into glass.
- Enjoy immediately!
To make the Malic Acid Solution,
Ingredients:
- 10g Malic Acid Powder
- 100ml Filtered Water
Method:
Combine malic acid with boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Non perishable.
To make the 10% Saline solution,
Ingredients:
- 10g Salt
- 100ml Filtered Water

Combine salt and boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Non perishable.
