NOBLE STONE

  Wine Cocktails

SERVES 1

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Noble One
  • 12.5ml Joseph Carton Apricot Brandy
  • 2.5ml Agave
  • 5ml Malic Acid Solution 
  • 4dsh Peychaud Bitters
  • 3dsh 10% Saline Solution
  • Garnish: Fresh Black Pepper & Grapefruit Disk

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with cubed ice. 
  2. Stir until well chilled and dilution is achieved. 
  3. Strain into an old fashioned style glass. 
  4. Add a large block of ice and sprinkle a little ground black pepper. 
  5. Lastly, express grapefruit disk over drink and place into glass. 
  6. Enjoy immediately!

 

To make the Malic Acid Solution,

Ingredients:

  • 10g Malic Acid Powder 
  • 100ml Filtered Water 

 

Method:

Combine malic acid with boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Non perishable. 

 

To make the 10% Saline solution,

Ingredients:

  • 10g Salt 
  • 100ml Filtered Water 

Method:

Combine salt and boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Non perishable.
