  Wine Cocktails

SERVES 1

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Noble One
  • 15ml Aperol
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 1 egg white*

*Substitute egg white with 2 drops of wonderfoam for a vegan-friendly alternative. 

Method:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker (without ice) & shake for 15 seconds.
  2. Add ice & shake again until well-chilled. 
  3. Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
