SERVES 1
Ingredients:
- 250ml De Bortoli Limoncello Spritz
- 150ml Cold brew tea*
- 30ml of your favourite Whiskey
- 20ml Simple syrup
- Lemon slice/wheel for garnish
- Ice
Method:
- Fill glass with ice.
- Add ice tea, whiskey and simple syrup.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Top up with De Bortoli Limoncello Spritz.
- Garnish with lemon slice/wheel.
*To make cold brew tea, simply combine 1 tea bag/1 teaspoon of loose-leaf per 175 ml to 235 ml of water depending on desired strength, refrigerate overnight. Strain loose-leaf tea out or pull out tea bags and enjoy!
