SERVES 6
Ingredients:
- 500ml of Petit Moscato
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 2 cups ice cubes divided
- Garnish with fresh pineapple & strawberries
- Simple Syrup
- 125g granulated sugar
- 125ml water
Method:
- Make the simple syrup by heating 125ml water in a bowl for 1 minute.
- Add 125g of sugar and stir to dissolve the sugar. Set aside and allow to cool.
- In your blender, add 250ml chilled Petit Moscato, 2 cups frozen strawberriess, 1 cup ice and 60ml simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Pour your slushie into a pitcher, or large glass jar and repeat with your second fruit flavour. Blend 2 cups of frozen pineapple, 250ml chilled Petit Moscato, 1 cup ice and 60ml simple syrup until smooth.
- In the bottom half of a wine glass, spoon 1/2 cup of your strawberry slushie, then top that by spooning a 1/2 cup of pineapple slushie on top. Garnish with fresh pineapple and strawberries.
