SERVES 1
Ingredients:
- 45mL De Bortoli Black Noble
- 30mL Gin
- 15mL fig syrup (or muddled fresh figs with simple syrup)
- 90mL soda water
- Fresh fig slice for garnish
- Ice
Method:
- Combine Black Noble, gin and fig syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and garnish with a fresh fig slice.
