SERVES 1

Ingredients:

  • 150ml De Bortoli Sangria Spritz
  • 20ml Elderflower liqueur 
  • Fresh basil 
  • Garnish (Optional): lemon twist & baby’s breath flowers
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Lightly muddle basil leaves at bottom of wine glass.
  2. Add ice and pour in elderflower liqueur. 
  3. Top with De Bortoli Sangria Spritz and gently stir.
