Ingredients
- 90ml De Bortoli Prosecco
- 30ml puréed strawberries
Method
- Wash, dry, and stem the strawberries. Place in food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
- Pour strawberry purée into a chilled champagne glass.
- Top with 90ml De Bortoli Prosecco.
- Garnish glass with a fresh strawberry.
