ROQUETTE SPRITZ

Who said roquette is just for salad? Liven up your cocktails with this Roquette Spritz using our Campanella Bianco vermouth.

Serves 1

  • 60ml Campanella Bianco
  • 100ml De Bortoli Prosecco
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 15ml elderflower liqueur
  • 10g bruised rocket leaves

 

Method

Muddle rocket leaves in glass. Add ice and top with the remaining ingredients. Stir well.
