RED SEA

Try this ginger concoction using our Campanella Rosso vermouth.

Serves 1

  • 30ml Campanella Rosso
  • 40ml white rum
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • 10ml orgeat syrup
  • 60ml ginger beer

 

Method

Add Campanella to a glass with ice. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the ginger beer to an ice-filled shaker. Shake well and strain into glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with crystallised ginger and mint sprig.
