Serves 1
- 30ml Campanella Rosso
- 40ml white rum
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- 10ml orgeat syrup
- 60ml ginger beer
Method
Add Campanella to a glass with ice. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the ginger beer to an ice-filled shaker. Shake well and strain into glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with crystallised ginger and mint sprig.
