Serves 1
- 40ml Campanella Rosso
- 40ml De Bortoli Deen Shiraz
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 20ml fresh egg white
Method
Add all ingredients except Campanella to a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into glass with ice. Float the Campanella on top. Garnish with orange slice and grated nutmeg.
