- 30ml of Finbar O’Leary’s Chocolate Mint
- 30ml brown Creme De Cacao
- 30ml thickened cream
- Ice cubes
- Peppermint crisp
Method
Rim glass with peppermint crisp. Place all ingredients into a cocktail mixer and shake vigorously until silky smooth texture. Serve in a cocktail glass.
