Introducing De Bortoli WOODFIRED Heathcote Shiraz 2015. Seriously good for washing down chargrilled ribeye


De Bortoli Wines has today launched WOODFIRED, a dark and brooding Shiraz from Heathcote, Victoria’s home of big reds.

“Nothing is more perfect than that melt-in-the-mouth moment you experience with a chargrilled dry aged steak, followed by a good glass of red. Creating a red that goes crackingly well with these ‘moments’ is pretty important,” says De Bortoli Wines Chief Winemaker Steve Webber. 

“Our goal has been to develop a full-bodied, texturally mouth filling red wine that is plump, fruit driven and seriously good for washing down chargrilled ribeye.”
