Tuileries is a name long synonymous with the Rutherglen Wine Region. The original restaurant was established over 30 years ago moving into the historic Jolimont Cellars in 1988.
Classic, modern, redefining a tradition.
As part of a rural community, we have a close connection with the local wineries, and use as much local produce as possible: wine, pork, lamb and olives to start with, but the list is endless.
Tuileries has a history of being one of the premium Rutherglen restaurants. That tradition continues with sophisticated, country cuisine and the ambience of a relaxed, but elegant dining room. You will likely be dining next to one of the local wine producing families, and can order their wine from our regionally focussed wine list. Tuileries has always presented our guests with a range of local wines by the glass to complement your dining experience. Tuileries wine bar is a comfortable place to catch up with friends for a drink, meet for book club with a glass of wine, or have a cocktail before moving in to dinner.
Tuileries restaurant is open seven nights a week from 6.00pm.
The Tuileries Courtyard Cafe is open 7 days for breakfast and lunch. Lunch is served 12.00-2.00pm daily. Breakfast is available 7.00-9.30am weekdays and 8.00-10.00am weekends. Relax outdoors by the fountain or slip inside to make the most of the air-conditioned comfort. Offering a relaxed environment with country hospitality and delicious food options the cafe is worth a visit. Both the cafe and restaurant can accommodate groups.
Our menu attached is an example of our style: sourcing food seasonally and locally, it often changes weekly and sometimes daily. We are happy to cater for functions and groups with fixed price options.
