At Tuileries we try to keep the pricing as simple and clear as possible. From your point of view, that means there are no surprise costs and as few extras as possible. From our point of view, we provide as many services for you as possible, and agree with you on a fixed price. To achieve this, we ask that you understand and agree to a few terms and conditions.
Our function room has a dance floor and seats up to 140 guests. There is no rental fee if your reception has a food and beverage package valued at $5,000. or more. We normally allow the wedding reception to use the courtyard for drinks before dinner and during the evening as well. Otherwise, the rental fee starts at $550 depending on the time of your reception and the value of your food and beverage package. Tuileries restaurant is available for a reception of up to 50 people with a rental fee of $4000 on Saturday evenings, $1000 for Saturday lunchtime (subject to being vacated by 4:00pm) and $2,000 on a Friday night.
Other times by arrangement. Our Wedding Garden is available at no charge for your ceremony if you have your reception at Tuileries. This includes 20 chairs for your guests. Extra chairs are available at $3 each. Our Bridal suite is provided at no charge for weddings that book 10 accommodation rooms, or if the reception food and beverage package is valued at more than $10,000.
We require all food and beverages consumed on the premises are to be purchased from Tuileries. In particular, the areas of the wedding garden and surrounds, our courtyard, function room, café, restaurant and art gallery are all licensed premises and are not BYO (lolly buffets, for example, should be fun attractions and not replace dessert).
Of course, we understand that your wedding cake is a special part of your ceremony. Our dinner package pricing reflect the options of how your professionally-made cake can be incorporated into the reception. So please let us know who your professional supplier is.
Brunch is of lesser or equal amount of people who attended the reception. Continental and cooked brunch buffet. Accommodation cannot be split into 4 single room nights, must be 2 night stay in 2 suites. Standard wedding T&C’s apply. (Minimum charges and menu costs). Promotion must be mentioned in order to receive discount. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
