THE POSEIDON

Enjoy the salty tang with this marine inspired cocktail using our Campanella Rosso vermouth.

Serves 1

  • 40ml Campanella Rosso
  • 40ml blended scotch
  • 10ml kalamata olive brine
  • 5ml sugar syrup
  • 2 drops of aromatic bitters

 

Method

Add all ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir for 20 seconds and strain into glass. Garnish with skewered kalamata olive.
