• 1½ cups De Bortoli Prosecco
  • 1½ cups lemon sorbet
  • ¼ cup vodka
  • sprig of fresh mint

Place all the ingredients in a chilled metal bowl. Quickly whisk the ingredients together by hand until a light and frothy mousse forms. Spoon the mixture into pre-chilled cocktail glasses or champagne flutes, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve immediately.
