MELBOURNE SOUR

Bring the taste of Melbourne home with this sour using our Campanella Rosso vermouth.

Serves 1

  • 40ml Campanella Rosso
  • 40ml De Bortoli Deen Shiraz
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 20ml fresh egg white

 

Method

Add all ingredients except Campanella to a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into glass with ice. Float the Campanella on top. Garnish with orange slice and grated nutmeg.
